8. plate2celebrate uses Royal Mail recorded post which has to be signed for.

9. plate2celebrate cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery address details supplied by the purchaser.

10. If no-one is at the delivery address to sign for the item plate2celebrate cannot take responsibility for the delay that may occur.

11. plate2celebrate will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery if caused by a third party eg. Royal Mail.
